Pilates is a type of physical exercise which emphasises improving several elements of posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing.
Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and is particularly beneficial for those with back pain, poor postures, neurological conditions, mental health conditions, sports injuries, arthritis, stress related illness and before and after pregnancy.
Brian has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute (APPI) and can provide one-to-one and group instruction (no more than six people at a time to ensure more personal attention).
