South Dublin Physical Therapy is offering you an excellent opportunity to establish and / or expand your practice in Kimmage, Templeogue, Terenure area.
You will be running your own business, but availing of our marketing, professional networking and interaction with other practitioners, clients.
Our rooms are large, clean, have natural light, are quiet, fully furnished and equipped with professional hydraulic plinths for bodywork. Each room has a PC workstation, stability ball, clean towels, sharps box, and storage unit.
The clinic also has a small functional training zone, with a rig, olympic lifting floor, and a host of rehab and strength equipment at its disposal.
Facilities also include client toilets, staff toilets and shower facilities, kitchenette and large waiting area.
The entire clinic has been recently renovated, walls and floors freshly done. suitable for rehab, workshops, common reception, waiting room and a staff kitchenette area.
ROOMS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK
Monday to Friday: 7:15 am – 9.30 pm
Saturday 8:45 – 2pm
COMPETITIVE RATES
We offer 3 time-slots per day:
Morning (7:15 am – 11:45 am) – 45 euro.
Afternoon (12:00 pm – 4:30 pm) – 50 euro.
Evening (4:45 pm – 9:15 pm) – 60 euro
Hourly rate – 18 euro
FREE SERVICES
Plinth Paper, cleaning maintenance, ESB, heating, broadband, Wifi and local telephone expenses are included in rent.
CRITERIA – Professional indemnity insurance and qualifications need to be presented
